Sapphire Class Sharing Assembly
Sapphire Class impressed us all this morning with their fantastic sharing assembly. It was jam-packed with so much of the work and learning they had chosen to share with us from across the curriculum. We enjoyed hearing about their learning in PE, where they shared the skills they had developed in football and golf. We loved hearing their great writing, both in their letters to their pen pals and in their creative stories where they turned into their pet for the day! We also enjoyed a fantastic demonstration of how we are using active punctuation at school to help us to remember to use it in our writing. We saw some of their great art work and also their moving parts posters encouraging us to think about our planet and reduce how much single-use plastic we buy and use. They also shared learning from music with one pupil showing the confidence to play their composition to the audience. The assembly also made the audience smile and laugh. Well done Year 3 and 4—you’re going to be a hard act to follow! You definitely showed all of our school values today and how together you shine and gleam!
